What is Pre- conception (Fertility) Massage?
Pre-conception massage is a massage and bodywork therapy that is designed to help optimize a womens physical well being & enhance their opportunity for conception.
The treatment aims to cleanse, align, flush and balance your body while supporting your wellbeing.
Best time to come for a pre-conception massage is the window of after your period up until ovulation. This gives you the option of trying for a baby that month and also the following cycle.
Pre-conception massage incorporates techniques that may assist with:
- reducing/releasing adhesions which restrict normal movement and processes of the reproductive organs.
- increasing and improving pelvic blood flow and circulation.
- cleansing and releasing tension both physically and emotionally.
- decreasing cortisol blood levels, alleviating the effects of stress and anxiety.
- addressing issues such as tipped uterus, ovarian cysts, repeat miscarriages, poor circulation, scar tissue, a thin uterine lining, and abdominal adhesions.
- digestion problems, bowel issues and urinary issues.
- early stages of menopause and other hormonal imbalances.
- processes like IUI/IVF transfer by preparing body with increased blood flow.
Every women that comes for pre-conception massage has a different fertility journey, so every women I massage is completely different. My main aim is to help my clients prepare their bodies for conception.

After an almost dream first pregnancy, everyone told me not to hurry for the second one, 'all you have to do is trip over each other and your pregnant' ...if only... 6 months of trying we got pregnant, only to have a miscarriage at 7.5 weeks, then amazingly I got pregnant again 3 months later, I had a horrible pregnancy, right through, to be topped off by losing my baby at 40 weeks whilst still in my belly, nightmare!!
After that my cycles would not form any kind of pattern, 20+ days difference from month to month and I would get no signs as to where I was in my cycle Twice getting my period in the night, and twice while in town! Then I found Pip... after the first massage my cycle came down to a just about normal for me, then for the next 3 months I received massages and my cycle stayed in that pattern..yay!!! And the cramping and bloating lessened too.
A year on from losing my baby, I am now happy to say I am about 5 weeks pregnant, early days but here's hoping this works out this time!! Thanks Pip for all your help and support!! XXX

I have seen you for two sessions because I had not had a period for about 6 months and had a history of endometriosis. Well, I don't know what to say, I am blown away. As I told you, about a week after my first massage I ovulated, that in itself was exciting enough. However, what is really exciting is that we got pregnant on that first ovulation. I cannot see how our success can be linked to anything other than your massage, the timings are WAY too much of a coincidence. I cannot thank you enough for helping us to achieve our dream!
I am only 6.5 weeks pregnant at this stage, so we haven't told anyone yet. When we do I will certainly be advertising you to all my hopeful friends! I won't be needing my third endometriosis massage after all (I still can't believe it). I will book in for a relaxing pregnancy massage a little further down the track instead. I am sure I will need it then!

I keep meaning to message you, but as you know life gets in the way and something today has reminded me.
I had 3 fertility massages by you late last year. Since having my laproscopy surgery for stage 4 endo last April and basically just waiting for ivf to come around I lost hope of falling pregnant naturally. My periods had just started to return post surgery then the help of you and of course a few dietary/lifestyle changes we fell pregnant naturally in Feb,finding out a day before we were due to start our IVF journey.
I wanted to personally write to you and say that I think you helped a lot and have had a massive impact into us falling pregnant. You were the only 'new' thing to add in or change and I think it was just the missing piece of the puzzle.

Hi Pip, I came and saw you and the end of August last year for a fertility massage. We had been trying for 18months with no success. We had 6 months of fertility treatments and were about to have our second round of IUI when I saw you. The IUI didn't work and we decided to start saving for IVF as this seemed like the only option, there wasn't anything thing left to try as our infertility was unexplained.
The month following the fertility massage we got pregnant naturally. We are very excited and are currently 27 weeks along. There is honestly nothing else we could put it down to, the massage made all the difference. Thank you so much!
Hi Pip!! Cool news. I will be 10 weeks pregnant on Sunday - IVF baby!!! We both truly believe your massages prepared my body for this and without the massage this would not have been possible. Just wanted to send an email to say I won't be needing a fertility massage but I'll definitely need a pregnancy massage instead... I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant due in April.
I fell pregnant the cycle of my massage with you - you were right saying hopefully the massage would make me nice and relaxed!
I'll definitely come and see you when I get bigger - especially with being pregnant over summer!

My story.
I went on the injection, had only one injection and it messed everything up. We tried so hard for a baby then meet the miracle worker Pip. I had 50 plus day cycles and major pain went for my first massage and went down to 45 day cycle but still had pain, after my 3rd massage my periods were back to normal and had no more pain it was great. I could not be more grateful for Pips help. I am now 13 weeks pregnant and so happy. I fully recommend this massage to anyone with any sort of issue, be it pain or trying for a baby, this is way better than drugs as this works. I came to see you with endo one side and a blocked tube the other. After seeing you I had a scan which confirmed my eggs were only on my block side. We were told it's probably not worth trying this month.
Well I'm now 7 weeks pregnant and am doing great, so thank you, you are an amazing woman!

It is very early days but I got a positive test today - the first I have every had after nearly 4 years TTC! I know how important it is for you to get feedback and statistics for your technique so please add me to your success numbers!

The reason I can no longer make it is because we have a BFP!! It's still really early on (5 1/2 weeks) and we are pretty nervous after having 2 MCs last year but we are hoping this is 3rd time lucky for us and the little bean can stick in there and go full term.
I had a massage with Pip back in March and while it didn't work the first cycle it did work on the next one and I truly believe that the massage along with the fertility tea I was taking and some other things we have been doing really got us that positive result.
Ms Lodge how are you? Remember that ticklish ovarian massage you gave me in January? Just thought you'd like to know I haven't heard any issues with the ovarian cysts anymore AND am 8 weeks 3 days pregnant today! Keeping it quiet till we reach 13 but so over the moon!! Thank God and thank you!
Thank you again Pip for the massage the other week. I left feeling so relaxed and so hopeful. Thought you'd like to know that I got a positive test this morning after being tired all week! I had never seen those two lines in the 50+ cycles we've been through.

Hiya Pip. Remember me I you saw in Taupo and then again in Auckland when you picked me up from the station. Just had to let you know I've had a positive pregnancy test! OMG ! It's early days yet and I'm keeping it on down low but just wanted to say you're amazing and thank you so much. 3 years of trying and we were due to start ivf in march! I was diagnosed with a block tube and he had a low sperm count and of what was there only 3% were normal. Hopefully it all works out but phew! So exciting. Thanks again! Xxx

I saw you about 5 months ago for a pregnancy massage, and I'm 4.5months pregnant!!!!. So another happy story for the many I'm sure you already have. As we both said, think it was a combination of massage and positive thinking - but fabulous news all the same.

Hi lovely lady, I was going to send you a message this weekend. We are now 14 and half weeks pregnant now. It seems to be holding, which is good. Still in denial that I am pregnant as after all we were told about needing an egg donor to have a baby and me going through menopause. This pregnancy has been tough as I have suffered terribly with all day sickness for 7-8 weeks which has not been fun. I guess it is a small price to pay to have a baby. I came to you for a Fertility massage on the 1st September and at the time i did not get my period but got it that weekend. I was not sceptical of what you offered just thought well it can't hurt to try and if it worked for others it just may work for me.
After 3 years of trying and with many disappointing one lined pregnancy test I finally have a two lined test, that we still can't believe. I keep checking it just to make sure i am not seeing things or maybe the second line will fade away over time but nope it is still there.
I had done one fertility massage with you and here I am a full believer in the gift you have been blessed with!!!
I CAN NOT thank you enough and there are just not enough roofs for me to shout off of about how blessed you are and how Gifted your hands are.
