A full relaxation massage where I incorporate an abdominal massage technique which may help address the pain/symptoms of endometriosis so you can have better quality of life.
Best to have just before your period for pain and symptom relief.
I recommend 3 massages in quick succession (at least 7 days apart) to manage endometriosis pain & symptoms.
From there on in, a maintenance massage is recommended every few months to manage pain & symptoms of endometriosis.

I'm usually pretty flexible with outside hours to suit these timings so please contact me to discuss.
Appointment bookings are 90 minutes long so you get an initial consultation and full hour of massage at no rush
